Indiskotek is a celebration of groove-driven music from across continents, genres and eras — a club concept where basslines, rhythm and pure dancefloor joy take center stage.
Behind it all is Oslo-based music journalist, radio host and cultural curator Sandeep Singh, known from acclaimed Norwegian productions such as Med All Respekt and Musikkrommet. In recent years, Singh has also established himself as a deeply knowledgeable and instinctive DJ through Indiskotek: a space for musical exploration rooted in global club culture and personal obsession.
His sets move effortlessly between Bollywood disco, funk, house, soul, electronic oddities and unexpected underground gems — always guided by groove, atmosphere and connection with the crowd. There is curiosity in the selections, but also warmth and humour: music chosen as much for emotional impact as for dancefloor effect.
At Tromsø World 2026, Indiskotek brings an exclusive late-night selection of global bangers and hypnotic rhythms to the festival — with just enough spooky energy to suit a Halloween night.
