WENCHE VIKTORSDATTER PAULSEN – Riksteatret (Oslo, Norway)

Wenche Viktorsdatter Paulsen is a theatre producer and artistic leader from Tromsø with 25 years of experience in the performing arts. She was founder and artistic director of Tigerstadsteatret in Oslo and has held several leading positions in theatre. In 2025 she takes on the role as Artistic Director of Riksteatret, Norway’s national touring theatre.
