We need volunteers on different positions (keep in mind that you are free to combine different positions and tasks) and you need to have minimum 12 working hours (but you can of course work more if you have a chance) to get: 

 

–       T-shirt
–       Free access to all concerts if it is not sold out
–       Food & drinks on duty
–       iTromsø digital free subscription for one month
–       Volunteers kick off at Vulkana Arctic Spa and Adventure Boat (Monday, 28. October 2023)
–       2 free tickets for your family/friends for the concert with TIF at Driv, Saturday, 2. November 2024

Tasks:

– TICKET SALE / SCAN – We are selling tickets with QR at the door. There’ no physical sale. Just on line. Scanning tickets means means that you need to download an app on your phone and scan the bought tickets with your own phone.
– TRANSPORT – You need to have licence B to help us with driving. Mainly music equipment and artists.
– VENUE / SITE RESPONSIBLE – We need one festival representative and each venue that we are using. Venue responsible is making sure that we have all things in place in order to open the doors. Everything from chairs and tables to toilet paper in the venue. You are also helping out with the ticket sale/scan
– FESTIVAL OFFICE – We are running a festival office in Giisa at Rådhuset. We need help about different kind of things in the office. Everything from supplying things to sorting out, printing, helping each other
– INFO DESK – We are going to open an info desk (place – to be confirmed) where we will share info about the festival, artists, venues. Guest can purchase digital tickets there, as well buy some festival merch
– KITCHEN – In our festival office – Giisa (Rådstua Teaterhus) we are making food for each other. Keen on joining our kitchen team?
– RUNNER – Want to help with solving problems and running fast to deliver / bring some things?
