ANDREAS ANDERSEN SJØVOLL – Innovation Norway (Tromsø, Norway)

Andreas is a senior advisor for Innovation Norway Arctic, based in Tromsø. He has a broad and interdisciplinary background in culture, architecture, and organizational development. Since 2006, Andreas has worked independently within the cultural sector, including serving as head of department in the municipal cultural administration and leading various innovation projects. He ran his own cultural venue for ten years and has extensive experience in fundraising and capital acquisition for the creative industries. Holding a master’s degree in architecture and organizational psychology, he combines creative entrepreneurship with strategic advisory work to support the development of sustainable cultural and business initiatives.
