SUSANNE NÆSS NIELSEN – Festspillene i Nord-Norge (Harstad, Norway)

Susanne Næss Nielsen is Director of the Arctic Arts Festival (Festspillene i Nord-Norge). She previously led Dansearena Nord from 2010 to 2022, before it expanded its mandate and became Davvi – Center for Performing Arts, serving the entire northern region. Susanne also chairs the Fund for Sound and Image and is a board member at Black Box Theatre. Originally from Denmark, she has lived and worked in Northern Norway since 2002.
